Heywood face a three-game weekend, if the weather finally shows some signs of improving.
On Friday night, they entertain Middleton in their re-arranged Lees Bitter T20 clash from last week.
The visitors sent Heywood packing at Towncroft last year, so revenge will be on Heywood’s mind, although Heywood did beat Middleton in the John Willie Lees Wood Cup.
On Saturday they travel to Royton, who won the first clash between the two sides at Crimble this season, then on Sunday host Werneth.
The seconds host Unsworth on Saturday then travel to Werneth on Sunday.
