Teams For The Weekend

Heywood host Littleborough on Saturday and Rochdale on Sunday on the back of some excellent performances.

Having beaten Boro at Hare Hill two weeks ago, Danny Pawson’s side then beat Walsden at Crimble on Saturday, before just missing out on victory at a wet Norden on Sunday.

Pro Tom Cullen is in fine form, and with the amateur attack showing some form themselves, it should be a good weekend in prospect.

The seconds will be looking for at least one win when they travel to Hare Hill and host Rochdale.

The thirds play a 20/20 at Towncroft on Friday, then travel to Stand on Monday.

Early Start For Sunderland v Man Utd

The clubhouse at Crimble will be open from 5pm tonight ahead of tonight’s presentation evening. All age groups are presented with their season’s awards at this event, which starts at 7pm. The club is open to watch Sunderland beat Manchester United, starting at 5.30pm.

Youngsters Gain Valuable Experience In Third Team Defeat

Mills Takes First Five As Walsden Thirds Are Well Beaten
