A mature and match-winning knock from Morgan KayHeywood under-18s pulled off a remarkable run chase to march into the semi-finals of the Taylor Cup. The current cup holders stunned Walsden as they overhauled their total of 148-3 with two balls to spare in a thrilling clash at Scott Street last night. Heywood 3rd XI’s winning start to their Manchester and District League campaign came to an end when they lost a tricky match at Deane and Derby on Sunday.
