A POPULAR function is being given at encore at Heywood Cricket Club by popular demand.
The cocktail night will again be staged at Crimble on Saturday, September 10 (8pm), after the first team home fixture against Flixton.
The Social Committee is asking for donations of spirits for what is always a lively evening, and anyone wishing to do so should contact Jenny Cross on 07855-145792.

Well done to all the organisers and to the cocktail making team!.
Jenny Paula and Lesley worked so hard all night to provide us all with a fantastic evening.
Paul Carter came off the bench in the 78th minute and also nodded in a late winner.
Fantastic to see the club so busy for the event.
This type of event just does not “happen” and the social committee should be congratulated for all they have achieved since they formed.
