HEYWOOD Cricket Club’s popular Ploughman’s Lunch will be held this year on Remembrance Sunday, November 10 (12.30pm).
The annual event is expected to bring a sizeable gathering on an emotional day to the Crimble pavilion, and tickets are now on sale from Eleanor Law (01706-643429).
They can also be obtained from the offices of Horrox, Cross and Wilkinson on Market Street and behind the Cricket Club bar.
All proceeds will be in aid of Club funds.
