HEYWOOD concluded their first season in Greater Manchester Premier League with a decisive defeat of Flixton at Crimble. Heywood have drawn Bolton and District Association League side Flixton in the first round of next year’s LCB KO Cup. And the reward for winning a banana skin of a tie is a trip to either Woodhouses or ‘noisy neighbours’ Bamford Fieldhouse.
